How do you get photos from inside the toilet bowl?

This question has been floating around my head. I've seen several images on here taken from inside a toilet bowl. How would you go about placing a camera inside the bowl? Like what kind of camera? And where would you put it so a girl wouldn't notice?

I can only think it's a special toilet or the camera is hidden in the scent balls clip that hangs off the rim. I don't think it would be possible to be out of view so also maybe the videos are staged?
