Maybe worth shooting from a car and set up a bigger zoom lens on a small tripod (like a Gorilla tripod), but I think he's shooting from a narrow street

Thanks Connemara Crocodile and vintedman. The location is in some kind of park, with pedestrians walking through, most of them walking their dogs. In the first videos of this thread I really fixed the camera, not with a tripod but kind of diy construction. Although it worked in general there was a drawback. The girl lives in the third floor and I would had to put the camera in quite a distance, otherwise I would not have caught the bottom of her (consider the angle). But due to distance quality was low. This is why I decided to go close, but I had to hold the camera over the head, and while the girl moves from left to right, I had to move too. Also an angle issue. Believe me, I have tried pretty few things. My method gave the best possible results.
