You know, that is one of my biggest pet peeves with these videos (or any videos I watch online really). I mean, if you know your going to be recording yourself for the world to see, put the goddamned dog away. Fuckin'... lock him in an empty room or something. Don't get videobombed!

It's obviously a custom, or a live stream. I try not to get too judgemental when it's somebody filming their own content.
