The pee appears to be coming out in front and to the side. In a TV interview about the film "Holy Smoke'" Kate Winslet said when she was really peeing, her pee kept running down her leg. It's definitely slowed down, you can tell by the movement of the camera. I'd say the video is twice as long as her pee actually was.
