it looks like the forum or ant did re-encode the video which always lose a little bit of quality, but still thank you for your post because YT takes down many videos.
i use youtube-dl but it does not work for age restricted videos. so i searched for better solution...
this site seems to download YT videos direct: https://vidiget.com/youtube-downloader-mscbt

so here is that video in the original quality, it should be the best quality even with lower file size due to no re-encoding:

I used Ant downloader plugin for Firefox as well! But I only got the small size. Is there any way of making sure to get the bigger size?

Then I used an on-line service to convert from webm to mp4, and that is what I uploaded.

I also tried Video DownloadHelper and that gave the same size. Unfortunately that also gives the horrible QR code in the top left corner if you don't buy a licence..

I also tried 4K Video Downloader but that would not work and neither would youtube-dl. youtube-dl gave the age checking as a reason. 4K Video Downloader did not give any reason.

It seems the only real wrong turning for me was the size of download from Ant downloader, and what I need to know is how to get the bigger size that you did.
