Either she doesn’t know that (tourist? But the whole group doesn’t look like tourists..).
The Public toilets from where she is are both about 7-8 minutes walk at least - then you need to get into them (pay toilets!) and into a stall. Either way - heading towards one of these toilets would have taken her at least 10-12 minutes till she is finally into a stall and over a bowl.. She actually looks close to her limit though - but even if she isn’t - judging from the strength and the duration (!!) of her stream - she simply didn’t have another 10-12 minutes!

I just found this video and this is one of the best I have seen in a long time.
(This is only my personal opinion of course).

She is wearing a face mask but still I can "see" (guess) her facial expressions and I love her attitude and personality.
I can imagine in my mind her saying or thinking during the video something like:

0:27 - "Uuh, relief"
and
0:42 - "I can't believe, it's still coming"

At 0:52 she says something, but does anybody hear what she says?
Is it "I had to pee so bad" or something similar?

She pees about 50 seconds on the video, but unfortunately the video ends too early and she is still peeing when the video ends.
I don't know if there is a longer video somewhere.
With quickly 5 seconds Googling it seems that she is selling videos on different websites.
