That's a video shot at the same place, but it's not the same video. The two young women in the still shot don't appear in the video.

The screenshot I posted is from the fifth (and so far last) in a series of videos showing girls weeing behind a tree and a pile of tyres. Despite the absence of any cars, the series seems to be titled "Girls Pee in the Car Park".

The link ddnpmm posted is to No.3 in the series.
