I don't want to clog up the thread with too much with talking, but that is what I really like about it.
That is how things are in real life. In most videos you get a very short few minutes of desperation, but in real life, a woman (or indeed a man) may have to hold her pee for many hours before finally getting the chance to go.
For example, before the lockdown, I worked with a woman in a situation where we were dealing with the public, and while it would have been possible to go for a pee, we were always very busy, so we just held it, Often we would be walking back to our offices afterwards and she would say something like 'that was a long morning, I've had to go to the bathroom for the last three hours'. That to me is very exciting. Although she was very good at hiding it, after a while working with her, I could tell when she needed to go, and I really enjoyed knowing she was keeping it in for all that time.

The translation should be quite close, German is my native language, sorry for any spelling / grammer mistakes I made.
Later on she says "scheiße" which translates literally with shit. However, Germans use scheiße as swearword, the better translation in the context as swearword is "fuck".
