THANK YOU for the warning. I'll look into posting my three new videos here. I've never posted videos here and I didn't even know I could. I think these videos of a woman 71 years old peeing over 1500 ml are worth sharing.

This is my first attempt to post a video here. I apologize if I don't upload this correctly.

This woman has had a very large bladder all of her life. At age 71, she still can comfortably hold well over a liter--and her maximum capacity seems to be getting larger, not smaller. Here's a recent video of a 1500+ ml. pee. I will attempt to post a second video that was made a few hours before this one in which she maxes out a bladder volume monitor that only reads to 999 ml. (far below her capacity). Then there's a third video that was made a day later in which she pees at least 1560 ml. and perhaps more.

Jasmine from Bound2Burst is doing a great project atm.
She is holding it in for as long as she can for a whole week and making a diary about her experience and then at the end (on Friday) wants to make a Capacity Measuring Video.
There is already a post in the forum where it says she peed her pants when she came home and could't make it to the toilet.
There is a video already but I can't find it. Think because you have to pay.
Does anyone have a video or can upload it or can upload the video from her Measuring? That would be awesome to see what bladder capacity she has after a week of training. Currently her max. is only 800ml but maybe she can get to 1000ml.

That sounds interesting, a friend of mine did a similar project, she went from 23 seconds to 2 minutes over 3 months!! Never did measure which was a shame, she went by time and not quantity. At the end of her project she didn't keep it up, so unfortunately, she lost her capacity and her bladder shrank back to how it was! Such a pity
