Well, 'trans' covers transsexual and transgender which is why it's useful to specify. Women do have Adam's apples, but less pronounced/ Probably a woman with above average testosterone levels, but not born a man. Again, women have testosterone, just less of it, and an above average level for a woman can lead to things like a pronounced Adam's apple and above average size hands. I'm guessing she's maybe 5' 10 or above as well.
