Vine made their search a bit better, on the app there's a "most recent" search option now which works well with non-english languages and it also goes beyond the first 200 results.

Damn! I almost had a good one from the snapchat story of a friend. Another friend of hers was dancing a bit and then pulled her pants down and shirt up, giving a pretty good money shot, before she sat down. Unfortunately, before I could save it, she deleted it. Next time, though!

<below only for people who want always highest possible of quality for video>
youtube-dl for me choose VP9 video and AAC audio,, so container ended up MKV instead of MP4 (also filesize became smaller).
So I compared the 720p MP4 and 720p MKV files frame-by-frame,, and I believe VP9/MKV give the highest quality despite smaller size. Look like YouTube VP9 encoder is really great and/or H.264 encoder suck... So here is MKV (VP9 video) version, don't take my word for it test yourself which one look best:
