In my opinion, It's way better to post links rather than attachments.
Links allow other members to find new stuff in the pics serial the author may have missed , or to explore other collections from the same photograph/service.

Although the response was a little uncalled for, so was your response. Your reputation and contributions here are what matter, not your reputation on other sites. If you need help with something, ask and we will help, but asking people to change how they post things without actually contributing anything is a little disrespectful. I know you were trying to help, but it came off as a little abrasive.

There's no reason to flex. This isn't a contest. We're all just trying to share finds the best we can. Enjoy what you get and don't get upset when it's not exactly what you want.

One other advantage of links is that it makes searching for duplicates possible. It also confirms the source when you use a link.
