I couldn't find an elements way to download the file, so unless someone knows. You may have to get a screen recorder and "film" the videos. And edit them/3rd party link them.

Back when I had a Fansly sub to nakedbakers, I noticed that my smartphone's "Video Downloader" app was able to download the videos. Not sure if there's a workaround for browser though.

Regarding (chromium based) browser extensions, this is pretty much the only one that seemed to be working for me, but not sure about audio:
