Fair enough. You know more about lipreading in foreign languages than I do.

Then explain why the girl in the second picture - who's not exactly badly endowed and has tanned breasts without tanlines - is so busy covering up during the "conversation"?

My interpretation would be that she knows there's camera "on site" and she doesn't want the whole world to see all her charms...

I'd say it's more about how we interpret the video rather than an ability to lipread. We obviously interpreted it differently because I don't see girls being interviewed, I see girls being brought drinks and talking to the waiters.
There's nothing in the video, including the girl covering her breasts, that leads me to suspect it is a set up.

Of course you and others may view it another way!
