Ha ha, no I didn't notice that guy, my attention was elsewhere.

I am pretty sure it is her bladder. Have a look at her legs in the first 20 seconds to see how badly she needs to go. I think the arms crossed is also a dead giveaway. I have often noticed that women with big bladders do this when they are really full. As a classic example, there is bxd2, a file I am sure we have all seen. In my private life I used to visit a nursing home every day and there was a carer there that I got quite close to. About 3 or 4 days out of 5 she would have held her pee all day and we would often talk for an hour or so with her in this state. She often did the arm crossing thing and combined with her uniform of white jacket over maroon trousers (top button of the trousers nearly always undone) it showed off her bladder beautifully. She never minded me seeing it and even let me touch it occasionally but said she would be mortified if 'anyone else knew she was walking round in that state'.
