Thanks for your time. Sorry I was lazy and wanted a quick answer. Spent 10 minutes answering my own question on the web. It's not that easy, One way is to use a browser that does not recognise the webp format, then it gets either jpg or png. Unfotunately all 3 of my browsers are webp compliant. The other way is to save as webp, then use a converter. I use the GIMP.

I believe you can just change the extension to .jpg if I remember correctly. It's been a while since I have done so. Try it and if that works just get a file rename app and bulk change the extension.

You can also use an extension - for example "Save image as Type".

If you install an extension, next time you right click the image, you'll have an option to save it for example as .jpg

Just put a ? on the end of the url after opening the image in another tab.
