When creating new NSFW groups:

1. Do not create public channels, private only
2. First message should be rules pinned so everyone can read and less violations
3. Must-have rules are: no spam, fraud, minors, hate speech gay/hentai/AI stuff (if casual nsfw group), insulting, provoke etc
4. Add couple group help bots in order to delete and punish for spam (links mostly), banned words (trade, exchange, swap, cp etc)

@GHClone5Bot, rose or any other to help (many groups have those bots, just borrow)
@RemoveJoinGroupMsgBot to delete join/left messages in groups

5. Hide members list when reached 100 subscribers (spammers and scammers won't annoy your subscribers)
6. Make admins to help you keep it clean (just most active members)
7. Double group rules in bio
8. Add share link
9. Don't pin messages too often. Each pinned message - lot unsubscribed people
10. There are always scam girls selling their nudes. I personally ban them but you can verify them and allow to post their stuff
11. Arabs and indians annoy with messages like "hey sexy babe" or "looking for a girl". Just ban or group will turn into trash, believe me
