The old Ana videos were from Joy Angeles, who had some strange obsession with faking absurd pees. I thought it was always clear that she had a decent capacity and flow, but the JA clips had to stretch it to 4 liters for some reason.

Interestingly, we know 3L is possible because of that woman I posted about who has a condition that means she can't pee voluntarily... the bladder sphincter won't relax on its own.

She went to hospital after she realized she hadn't peed in a couple of days, and they drained 3L from her bladder. She's basically had a lifetime of enforced training, to the point where she can hold 3L (in fact, letting it go is the hard part).
