I always see these videos, always Russian: Russian girls peeing on stairways/landings in grainy CCTV. Why? These things don't come out of other countries. Is it a Russian thing? Is it staged? If anyone could shed some light on why it's acceptable in Russia to pee on random stairways I'd like to know. Sorry for my English.

It used to be much more common in 90s up to mid 2000s I guess, when the overall social level was experiencing a serious downfall. Now it can be seen quite less often even outdoors due to changes in the legislation regarding alcohol and CCTV cameras being set everywhere (at least in big cities).

Still, occasionally it is possible to find such videos on the Internet, especially in social networks where residents manage to cach such hooligans off guard and disgrace them by publishing these videos. Btw, this video is actually from Ukraine (Zaporozhye). I just personally do not make much distinctions between Russians and Ukrainians.

Russian social network vkontakte. It wasn't a special group for this sort of vids, just a random guy posted what his camera recorded (and even made a guess who this girl really was).
