In the UK virtually every city has sightings opportunities at night most close public toilets around 5 - 6pm and there are few facilities after that, once the bars close young people tend to hang about round fats food joints or taxi ranks and there are plenty of sightings opportunities. my most recent sightings were last night.

If in the UK try Liverpool, Newcastle (the best is around Bigg Market see here http://www.peesearch.net/community/f...?t=37401&pp=40), Birmingham, or Manchester city centres, all provide plenty of sightings opportunities. and lots of smaller towns also.

Bars close here at 4AM. I've been in bars that never closed between Thursday night and Sunday evening. So I was able to go there at 8pm on a Thursday and could stay there till they close on Sunday. Moreover public bathrooms are not legal to close here, except for maintenance. They aren't even closed for cleaning, generally.
