I'm just surprised that word did not spread that there was someone above them filming. (Several women noticed the photographer--three of them moon him at one point, and others flip him the finger, blow kisses, glare at him, etc.). I can't imagine why they didn't try to be more discreet, or to ask the organizers to chase the photographer away.

Not that I'm complaining...

Watch the second part, about twenty minutes in, and you'll see why nobody chased "the photographer" away -- there are dozens (if not hundreds) of bystanders watching the action from a bridge. I expect the cheeky girls who mooned were mooning everyone.

It's in a Spanish city called Salamanca at an annual festival. First Monday after Lent, I think (in case you're booking plane tickets!).
