I did a bt of this with my gf when I was younger, and I think staged holds, you get a smaller capacity than natural holds. Unless you literally want to holds to go on for hours (I never did).

But females have the slightly thinner, more elastic bladder wall, which makes it easier to expand and train it for them, also, they have to hold more often by habit than men, so it really all depends, can't generalize.

Regarding being turned on and capacity: My ex gf did reach her 1.9L record after she was horny and had my dick inside. The arousal distracted her involuntary pee muscle (the inner sphincter) better and kept it tight. Without this, her holding ability was a bit lower around 1.7L. I guess the bladder just fills way quicker when horny or masturbating or during sex, that's what makes some girls squirt. Did you ever do capacity or distance (pee stream) measurements?

What do you mean by milfs can stretch more? The urethra? Or more powerful bladder contractions or both?

Source? Every squirting video shows it comes out of the pee hole/urethra, and where does the urethra come from? Exactly, the bladder.

Glands rather produce some creamy liquid which lubricates the vagina when aroused, but there's just no way to accumulate so much of it. Also it would be rather sticky. It might mix up with the pee from the urethra at best.

Hahah nice try, but a penis that hurts some girls is long and wide enough I guess. The female abdomen is stretchable so it just pushes everything further upwards/outwards including the bladder, it's not like a metal cage you know. At a certain point of internal sphincter strength, it can withstand the additional pressure when the brain tells the involuntary sphincter muscle to just keep it shut (from distraction, e.g. arousal), the same thing happens when pee shy people try to pee but the involuntary sphincter muscle just stays closed. There are 3 muscles involved: The bladder wall which can contract and push out (involuntary), the inner sphincter which is also not controllable, and the outer sphincter which is controllable. It all depends on which signal they get from the brain. If you get the urge strongly, you're basically only left holding with the controllable/voluntary muscle. It's a complex system.
