It's apparently from Glimpse-It, "Pandora's Box 2".

Glimpse-It went out of business years ago, which means it's hard to even get their content if you want to pay for it. There's a preview here. I can't get the "add to cart" button to work.

Looks like I forgot to post the link. In any event, the video (on this website) has a massive cut in it. Very disappointing.
