Trying to get a quart in a pint pot? I realise that it takes a whole lot of time for the physical and mental adjustments to take place to enable a large capacity bladder, but I know for certain that a lot of women actually enjoy holding their pee, mainly because of the sexual connection(s).

I suspect it's partly (or even mostly) just natural. There must be other women with 2L capacities that aren't pornstars and have never measured their capacity or thought to tell anyone about it. Some of the unmeasured genuinely voyeur stuff comes to mind. Like girls peeing for 2 minutes that is not a trickle.
