At vine [dot] co (not .com) you can search for vines. You can even search for the complete text and not just hashtags as is the case with Instagram. Unfortunately I don't think there's an option to search sort it by most recent. I have really no idea what order it shows the videos. But almost all videos are a year old.

And there seem to be a limit on how many it shows. I guess most new ones aren't showing in the results. It sucks that so few of these new social media sites offer so limited ways to search for content.

There is also a site called topsy, http://topsy.com/ that you can search across most social media.
