How can I see the section: "From FTP etc..."

Hallo, i can't enter in the section of the forum "From FTP etc..." of the section Found on the Web of the Amateur forum..
Before i can see and enter in the section, now a message tell me that i have no permission, how can i obbtain the permission to enter?
Please Help me.

I have the same problem already six weeks they don"t atswe on it so thats over no permissin I no the problem to
