Nude vacation destination

Hi there,

I want to go for a vacation anywhere in Europe and there is only one rule: there must be loads of nude woman aged 20-30 just laying around.
I rather crowded beaches (if there are no crowded nude beaches, then topless beaches would suffice).
I would appreciate it if you would give me some cities and specific beaches ideas

It just not possible, as European adult women tend to age between 18 and 99
