Why are so many large voyeur series Russian?

The hidden-zone series, the videos on pisshunt, egoiste, street public etc... all of these large series which compose of a large portion of the hidden toilet videos are all Russian? I konw some aren't staged, but is hidden zone staged? Their dressing room vids are staged, so I also presume that their toilet vids are staged. The pisshunt vids i'm not sure of their validity, but they look old!

I'm referring to the toilet vids, not pissing in public by the way.
