Embedding Videos

I am new here and so far have not found a way to embed videos that I upload. I can only include them in a post as a link. So, at present I am capturing a grab of the video and including that in the post.

Is there a way to have videos displayed directly in a post?

Do not use [ATTACH] [/ATTACH] codes.

Ok, thanks. Do you mean to simply remove those codes before posting? But to use the uploader as normal?
