Hidden camera Bathroom setup help

Hello. I cannot shoot out in public because of my job. Are there any good ways for shooting in a restroom? My budget is not too large, but I am willing to spend money if it means a good quality hidden camera. In addition, I am helping to host an event in a few months , and I have the opportunity to hide a camera in a restroom there. I am tired of being a leecher. Thank you
