Camera Selection HELP

Looking to add to my cam collection and I need some advice. I really want a discreet cam I can install either in a toilet or on a floor next to a toilet. Discreet and as least risky as possible is a MUST! Anyone got any good brands or anything they would recommend???

I don't have any advice for you but I'm also looking for something. I'm going to be going out of town for a week and my roommate asked if her friend can stay in my room during that time. She'll be using my personal restroom and staying in my room.
Anyone know what I can use/buy to set up?

I did come across a good Outlet plug camera but its $400. I'd buy it but I'd rather something affordable.
