QR Code on Pictures

Hi,
I downloaded alot of pictures with QR Codes included.
Could anyone help me please figure this out

If I read them I got a text like this:


T.E XXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX


T.E_[12Chars]_[89Chars] when I counted right

My first thought is "text encoding". That looks slightly like Base64 encoding, but it doesn't decode to anything that makes sense.
