Anyway the backdoor to vbullin software to install this script maybe still exist.
If you find something again please report me and I will immediately find the solution together with Vbulletin developers.

You can find it yourself with chrome extension "no coin" or when you investigate the source tab in the developer tool from chrome. the miner are shown as gears then

Also noticed this... Thanks for taking it off.
Although I do think it would be ok if there was an option to easily disable it (which coinhive provides btw). I think mining is a good alternative to having adds on a page (but I doubt a javaScript miner would provide enough gain to replace adds..) |

This addon was installed by hackers, not by me. They used some backdoor and changed the templates. At this reason I ask you to monitor and report problem if it will appears again.

It was since the 6th, nobody noticed it. my computer turned up like a helicopter and my pc isn't overclocked.
would be interesting to know how long it would have taken to get notice of it ![]() |
