Are threads submitted for approval forgotten about?

I made a thread earlier this week with pictures and it said that it was submitted for approval but it's still not posted.

Are threads submitted for approval forgotten about or something? Would someone please check the status of my thread?

You aren't need approval if you aren't use external links in your posts.
