I said this before: she's doing something right. How many little ones has she had? 2?
So how did she keep her awesome figure? (I have ideas as to how, but for those who are too lazy or ignorant to make this a reality)

We have two, one was around 18 months old here. We eat right and exercise. Nothing complicated :-)

Wow, that's such a great example you're both setting. I salute the two of you and your wonderful family!
Can you be more specific with 'eat right' ? Does that mean no processed food, organic only type deal?
Hoping you didn't need to cut out meat; because I know organic grain fed / butchered meat can still be bought without going through processed marketplaces and all the possible additives you can find there.

We avoid processed food most of the time, occasionally we "cheat". Giving up meat for me would be more about ethics than anything else, We are meat eaters (especially the wife ;-) lol). 90% of the time we eat a diet of free range chicken, salmon, grass fed beef & organic pork. We add olive oil, avocado and of course peanut butter for fats. Broccoli, asparagus, green peppers and green beans make up most of our veg and sweet potato, rice and fruit for carbs. I could go on for days about diet, I'm a sport nutritionist and a bit of a geek!

Best advise for diet is to follow something you can adhere to consistently. Any diet works if 1 you stick to it,
2 it creates a calorie deficit (if fat loss is your goal, calorie surplus for muscle gain, maintenance for staying where you are and reaping the rewards of good nutrition!)
3. for a long enough period of time.

Hope that helps!
