0:10.0-0:11.5 you hear 'whoooo' overlapped / followed by a moan / cry of agony from the woman as she locks her knees and squats standing up. I believe this to be the moment she lost control but I haven't got the filters to adjust and see her legs / bum more clearly.
Maybe someone can take a stab at that one and offer suggested filers for software which has the options. (contrast, brightness, saturation, hue, sharpness, etc)

0:14.0 you hear "he (possibly 'she', I am unable to tell the gender of whom entered the stall) shut me down" - referring to the person who cut the line and blocked her from using the stall

0:15.5 you hear in a hurried pace "I'm gonna piss my pants oh fawk" (oh fuck with a southern accent, I think she's southern states USA probably mid west somewhere) but possibly someone else said this, she turned around immediately like she heard it not said it and it seems to overlap with the end of her scream. I think it was the person filming. If it was her she could just have turned around to see who noticed it happen.
She probably started losing control when she moaned and gave up after 0:15-0:20, letting it all come out without fighting anymore.

0:22.5 you hear "Alright I just pissed myself" and she slowly stops pee dancing.

0:27 she faces the camera and says again "I just pissed myself" (could be "I just pissed my shit" meaning her clothing in a slang term)

0:32 she says behind someone else "alright I pissed myself" like she repeated it three times, likely shocked it happened.

0:35 someone else says 'is this lady fo real?' also shocked it happened.
