I have seen several pictures of women using trough style urinals together. Most appear to come from music festivals and like events
At one concert venue that used to be good (before changes were made) they would port o pots in the parking lots (not nearly enough for the demand) Some were normal port o pots, and some were multiple person urinals for the guys. It was rather common for group of women to all take over one of these urinal cabins. Often they would all go in and close the door, keeping any men out, but occasionally you would see one or more women through the open doorway, backed up to the urinal trough.
