The pee scene itself you mention I cannot remember. Just by imply when she came back to the group showing a female friend how she had had used the unfamiliar squatting toilet. Nothing to see anyway as she weared a long skirted nurse uniform from the days of the 1st world war.

Some month ago I had had discussion with an now inactive forum member who had seen this movie also. But neither with desperation scene nor with any pee implied or directly.
