I am not sure if that would do us much good, because we wouldn't be in there to see anything.
The very few times I have witnessed a women use a urinal, it involved a super long line to the women's room or the women's being out of order, with the women using the stalls in men's room and then the line to the stalls in the men's room growing significantly longer than the urinals.
