Most successful pee hunters will not share that information on a website. All it takes is one idiot to ruin a productive area.
If the women in the area are aware that men are watching, they will take more care to hide, or choose not to pee there at all. For example, there was one area in a major east coast city that was very good for sightings. There were many bars and clubs, and there were several parking lots within easy walking distance. I would sit in my car in one of the lots, and most nights would see several women peeing beside cars before they got in.
One guy was an aggressive spotter, going so far as to sometimes offer women money to let him watch. He would run from lot to lot, and actually lay on the ground to see under cars. His actions ruined any chances of sightings when he was there
