I stopped to use twicsy.com maybe half of year. They was very non stable. thudit.com also was good service but now they changed their engine and started to lost like 70% of pictures.

topsy.com is still reliable. They lost like 30% of pictures.
Internal Twitter search engine hide only private tweets. It's best choose
