I've been to outdoor music festivals where girls have used the gents. The 'gents' is just a number of plastic urinals surrounded by a translucent fence. Most of the girls who go in there just drop their jeans and squat on the grass. Although there are men all around, it's the most private place they can find when they are too desperate to pee to queue.
