The source are any photo hoster, like flickr or instagram, or even social network. The intention of such picture ist mostly done by girls who tease other girls on toilet or even when peeing outside. Just for fun maybe. Sometimes I guess it might be the result of any bet or truth or dare game. If a peeing girl make a selfie of her self the intention might be to seduce her boyfriend who is into that.
