Volume = (4/3)*pi*r^3. 1ml of water = 1 cm^3. So a 1000 ml sphere has diameter 12.4 cm = 4.9 in. A 2000 ml sphere has diameter 15.6 cm = 6.2 in. I don't know about 7-8 months but by full term a pregnant uterus reaches a good 14 inches on the longer axis, as it must to accommodate the 18-inch length of an average newborn.
If there's actually a point where you think the video is edited that's one thing but I think you're off-base about this
especially since she's - I looked this up - 5'11" and not super skinny.
