Are you talking about ExtraLunchMoney? They provide three different payment processors and even accept Bitcoins but this information isn't very clear. Click on 'Add credits' - the default option is TopMedPro, but if you look lower down the page you can also select #1 (Zombaio) or #2 (Commerce Gate). Maybe one of these would accept your card?
