I don't know about anyone else, but for long pees I quite often work out the time. If there's a pause (and there quite often is, is this a female anatomy thing? because I can't remember it ever happening to me) I just subtract the time taken for the pause. Obviously you can't have a pause where the pause is two hours and they drink two litres of water in that time, but a few seconds is fine! Even 30 seconds, how much pee can your kidneys make in 30 seconds, like 2ml or something?
