Now days it feels more up in the air. Some of these locations have no bathrooms at all, and the ones that do have just one bathroom while people disperse throughout the park, beach, etc. to remote areas where they're so far away from said bathroom that it might not as well not exist. And yet, way less sightings than in 2020-2022. My observation is that people just aren't peeing as much anymore. Like, I'll watch a group hang out for 3 hours and none of them go to pee. It's very strange. We need Smokey The Bear type messaging encouraging people to stay hydrated, lol.

Also most places in the world the rate of alcohol consumption among young people is dropping massively. Partly because of cost of living, partly health-related, partly large cultural changes. In most places alcohol consumption is less than half what it was at its international peak in the 90s - UK, USA, Canada, Japan, Europe, Australia/NZ all showing similar stats.
