I have haven't found napkins on the ground or any puddles in any parking lots or bushes near anything this year. I have even tried to convince women to go in an alleyway or doorway and they agree only to find a porta potty in the alleyway or doorway. It blows my mind. There might be 1 porta potty for every 10 people at a concert. So like 200 potties. I just went for a walk downtown, counted 60, the event was like 1000 people, that's like a potty for every 17 people.
Functionally there's never a line at all. But it's the random porta potties in the parking lot a mile away. They've though of everything.
The Age of Women Peeing in Public is gone as far as my area concerned.
Has anyone else noticed this issue?

Yes, I've definitely noticed that there appears to be more and more of them at outdoor events. I haven't had a sighting in months despite trying my best.

My guess is that when a license for an event is granted there's probably a minimum numbers of facilities the event organizer has to supply and the ratio just keeps getting smaller. Having said that, I have been to a few events where the queues for the portapotties are massive but people still insist on waiting in line.
Not sure what the answer is.....?
