I don't think kick generates subtitles, and as for the chat messages (which can give you a hint for a scene), the only site I know of is this one:

and yes, i know it's very slow (for example it took 40 minutes to fetch about 1500 messages from a 3 hours stream), but I think the problem is actually that the kick API (unlike twitch) is deliberately programmed to be slow and encourages you to watch the entire stream.
