I'm convinced it's a dude having undergone the op. Take a look at some of the other videos under the Seductive Vixen77 profile - the pee streams seem too defined, and also look at her arms and hands - looks like a dude to me.
So I'm going to air on the side of caution, but I don't think that's a female pissing.

I was gonna mention this in another post after I looked through its profile. I noticed broad shoulders and also noticed no women pee like that lol.
